1. Associate - APPLY

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Unit: Market Risk Return Analytics (Management Reporting)

Responsibilities:

Monitor profitability performance of Group Treasury

Improve the accounting technological platform for measuring earnings in Group
Treasury

Management accounting of each business unit in Group Treasury

Working with technology and support to facilitate improvements in infrastructure
to achieve better risk representation for the trading desks



Requirements:

Degree and above, Qualified accountant

2 – 3 years finance-related experience

Strong deductive and analytical skills in financial and management accounting.

Proactive

Reasonably strong IT application knowledge to improve productivity in information
and reporting gathering

Analytical and ability to work under pressure and long hours

Capable of maintaining good long term relationship with support services

Quantitative background, self-starter and has high aptitude for learning

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet functions

Database programming skill would be an added advantage



2. Chargeman (A4) - Apply

Department: Group Admin & Property Management

Responsibilities:

To be registered electrical Chargeman of the Company;

Responsible for the installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of building
mechanical & electrical systems i.e M&E critical equipment and services,
fire fighting and protection system, Building Automation System and vertical
transportation;

Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH and government regulatory
bodies on utility services and compliance issues;

Ensure new installations and maintenance are safe, correct and legal;

To ensure timely execution of all maintenance work in compliance with building
by-laws and standards codes of mechanical and electrical practice;

Create contingency plan for major fault and temporary usage for electrical and
air-conditional system;

To supervise the work of technicians and contractors and ensure safety regulations
are complied with in carrying out their duties;

Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption of the
Company as well as initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment
breakdown and power failure;

To keep and maintain proper records and filing of documents for easy retrieval;

To undertake other duties relating to the unit’s functions and objectives
as may be directed by the superior from time to time.



Requirements:

At least 3 years practical experience in supervising, maintaining and trouble
shooting 415V/240V electric plant.

Well versed in mechanical and electrical (M&E) system, building construction
and other industries related to properties. Basic knowledge in Building rules
and by-laws.

Must possess a minimum Chargeman A4 (415V) certificate by Energy Commissioners
(Suruhanjaya Tenaga).

Knowledge in Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations etc. is an added
advantage.

Knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, especially in Mechanical Ventilation air-conditioning,
Fire Protection, Electrical Engineering, Building M&E Infrastructure and
Facilities Management is an added advantage.

Good knowledge of all laws governing building management and maintenance.

PC skills (MS Word/MS Excel).

Able to understand and solve problems. Possess negotiation skills, able to work
under pressure and at odd hours, self confident and able to direct and control
contractors / suppliers.
