The Kuala Lumpur centre will function predominantly as a transactional back-office facility for BHP Billiton's global operations providing HR and Financial Services, running on SAP. The aim of this new centre is to be world class through offering the right people outstanding development opportunities. Position Synopsis
We require a dynamic team member, with significant project management, new business development, account management & client relationship experience to assist with the planning, transition, integration and standardisation of processes within scope to the Financial Services team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Achieving success will require you to apply your excellent consultative and project management skills together with your knowledge of Financial Services scope. Your ability to develop networks with all relevant BHP Billiton CSG Implementation Teams, 1SAP Core team and your ability to develop an extensive knowledge of Financial Services operations and issues will play a critical role in ensuring your success in this position.

Skills and Experience
Experienced in Project Management activities, you must demonstrate a broad knowledge and use of Project Management methods and tools; be able to familiarise yourself with Payment Services systems & supplier payment processes; have a broad understanding of BHP Billiton's Operating Model and Assets, and have a detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant Service Level Definitions.
With your proven skills in project management and your ability to address project challenges, it is desirable that your track record of success also illustrates your ability to adapt to, manage and lead change initiatives while achieving high performance to deliver results.
Approachable and attentive, you quickly build rapport and trust, confirming your ability to implement high impact change initiatives. Self-motivated, your experience, organisationally savvy and entrepreneurial and commercial thinking skills will make you a great fit.
Location
The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur and may require significant global travel to Singapore (1SAP) or our global assets to ensure success and achievement of the objectives.
