The Kuala Lumpur centre will function predominantly as a transactional back-office facility for BHP Billiton's global operations providing HR and Financial Services, running on SAP. Position Synopsis
We seek highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Administrator, Payments. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments/reimbursements and management of queries from the global customers of BHP Supply Services in Kuala Lumpur.
Core accountabilities will include:
* Processing vendor invoices according to Payment Services procedures
* Providing timely and accurate resolution to Payment Services Customer Support (PSCS) team
* Providing support to team members to enhance skills within the team
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with team members and internal customers
* Pro-actively identifying and assisting to implement process improvement opportunities
* Promoting a team environment by assisting colleagues whenever necessary
* Planning and prioritizing own work, identifying priorities and timeframes
* Assisting with system testing and internal controls as required.
* Assisting in creating and maintaining process documentation for PS
* Participating in backup programme designed for the team
* Participating in Internal Control Evaluation and report non-conformance to Team Leader, Payment Services
* Complying with BHP Billiton Safety policy and procedures

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
* Minimum ACCA or Diploma in Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
* Good analytical, investigative and problem solving skills
* Meticulous and attentive to details
* Results driven and is focused to deliver on goals
* Possesses good communication skills and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across functions and geographical locations
* Working knowledge of process improvement processes and methodology
* Knowledge in supply and related processes preferred
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ideally SAP
