The Kuala Lumpur centre will function predominantly as a transactional back-office facility for BHP Billiton's global operations providing HR and Financial Services, running on SAP. Position Synopsis
We seek highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Administrator Card Services. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible to ensure Card Services activities are actioned and managed to meet required timeframes in line with approved procedures and service expectations.
Core accountabilities will include:
• Ensure in scope 1SAP EEM Card Services activities are actioned in a timely and effective manner
• Monitor interfaces to external card providers and manage payment failures/exceptions
• Liaise with corporate card provider and Tier 1 sources regarding payment issues
• Work through complex Tier2 (escalated) query resolution activities with HR Services, Finance and corporate card providers
• Assist with preparation of internal monthly reports
• Support the continuous update and maintenance of Payment Services systems and interfaces
• Contribute content to the Payment Services Systems team knowledge base and assist with the creation and maintenance of documentation relating to Payment Services procedures
• Promote a team environment by assisting colleagues whenever necessary to achieve team results
• Pro-actively identify and support process improvement and innovation opportunities
• Assist the Team Leader with the identification of risks and provide input into risk assessments
• Ensure responses are provided to all customer queries within agreed SLA (quality, cost and timeliness)
• Provide input, support and comply with the BHP Billiton Customer Engagement service model
• Comply with OHS policies and procedures and care for the health and safety of self, team members and staff of BHP Billiton

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines and familiarity with global card program (AMEX / VISA) guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, investigative and problem solving skills
• Attention to details attributes
• Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across functions and geographical locations
• Working knowledge of process improvement processes and methodology
• Basic knowledge in global payments, HR Services, internal audit controls and processes
• Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite, Amex '@Work' online tool and SAP preferred
